SAP R/3 : Can we find the list of receipients of the accidentally deleted background jobs?

Hi.

http://scn.sap.com/thread/1692822

Over enthusiastically someone has deleted some invoice background jobs instead of making it as scheduled from released state. The job has run last at 8.45 am today successfully.

Though i have recreated the job to be run after 2 weeks again as per requirement, am not sure whether there were any receipients to that job earlier.

How to we really get the information regarding a job which has already run and who are the people who were intimated after that job.

Am not understanding the details of the tables given in the above link.

Can anyone advise on this.

Thanks

indu

Hi Indu,

You mean to say job output was sent to some recepient via SOST?

Go to SOST --> Put send date to job run date --> execute

It will show you old logs of sender and recepient details .

Check if this helps.

Thanks,

Rupali

Hi,

1) Go to stad

and check with the transaction who has used SM37 on that particular day , from there we can makeout like who has deleted the job.

Hi Indu,

Would like to understand email sending feature for the batch job.

So when batch job gets finished , it triggers email to perticuler /dynamic recipient directly (if so need to check with ABAPer about logic) ?

or email is sent via SOST with SAPCONNET batch job (if so check via SOST)?

or email is sent manually via SAP inbox (if so check outbox, sent folders) ? pls clarify

Thanks,

Rupali

Thanks Rupali.

I did some backend enquiry with developers on this job.

Till now i have got the info that it is thro logic on program. So am presuming that there are no other intended receivers other than declared in logic. So that relieves me of any explicit definitions.  In case there are any further enquiries after the job is run, i shall check on that later.

Thanks again.
