Dear sd gurus very good mng

                       Dear gurus i deleted some items from item proposal while i am creating sales order the deleted items are showing

what could be the reason ?

Hello,

Go to VA52 transaction and delete the lines created for item proposal. You need to execute the transaction and enter the proposal number then you can delete the related line.

or you go to the customer master record and remove item proposal from Sales Tab of Sales area data.

Item Proposal is basically a master Data. If you have deleted the Item from Item Proposal it will not appear in Sales Order.

Just check whether you have actually deleted the Item from the Item Proposal. Also check whether same Item Proposal is active for other Partners in Sales Order.

Hi venu,

Check your document again at VA52.

If the item was deleted from the item proposal it should not come in the sales order.

Also check if the sold-to-party in sales order document is the same for which the item proposal document number is assigned in the customer master data.
