Hi Gurus

I Need Send E-Mail when Create any message in service desk SOLMAN, ni need when anybody create a message in every components this send a email to especifict mail.

please help

thanks for your help, but i need when the user whit the error generate the message this notification leave to especific mail not the mail the creator.

Hi Edgar - I am not following

Who's creating the notification and who do you want to receive the e-mail?  Are you using SolMan 7.0 Ehp1 or Solman 7.1?

the notification the end user and the receive email is mail generic o my support desk,

i using  Solman 7.0 Ehp1

Hi Tammy thanks for your help the second document is i need, but i have a question, where i associed the BP in the action new ?, i have de BP, the action new i don't now where is the first BP without the creator of ticket enter.

what I mean is that the person creating the ticket not associated with the BP support team in the creation, the ticket is born without any associated BP.

Got it (I think)

You can create those business partners for users in the satellite system automatically by using transaction BP_GEN

This is what we do - any user in our satellite system can create a support ticket from the satellite system.  In SolMan they have an associated business partner for each user.

Not sure if this helps or if this is what you are looking for
