Data is not fetching

Hi Experts,

Im doing scenario JDBC-FILE,the interface is up and running and I have given all the parameters correct.Interface is showing green.But when ever am going to fetch the data from the database am unable to get it.So what would be the problem.Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Check if there is any lock for JDBC channel. remove the lock if exists and it should resolve your issue.

It should be removed in NWA locks.
