standard t-code / report to see DIRs with or witthout app files attached

Hello,

I’m wondering whether there is any standard t-code or report which would display
all Document Info Records with or without Original Application Files attached depending on user needs?

I know I can do that from table level e.g. (DMS_DOC_FILES) but this is not acceptable
for our end users.

No,unfortunately,there is no standard report available in DMS to cater to this requirement!!

Hi Grzegorz,

unfortunately I have to confirm the reply from Pradeepkumar. But maybe the BAPI_DOCUMENT_GETDETAIL2 could be useful for your. In the past I got a special report which was mainly used before migrating original files and to made sure that the files are checked in. I've attached this report coding and maybe this could be useful for you after some adoptions to achieve the desired behavior. Because the report reads all the document data and currently is removes file information if the file is checked in. But if you change the behavior so only the document with entries in the DOCUMENTFILES table are returned this should help your users.
