Process to reset printer

Hi SAP Guru's,

Need to know how to reset the printer for SD invoicing???...

If printer is automatically picked by SD invoicing then this is most probably defined in Condition records.

To start with find the output type.

1. Now you can either start from NACE transaction by selecting application 'Billing' and press button 'Condition record' then select output type and press OK button.

or

Run transaction VV32 enter Output type press enter.

2. System will then display access sequence configured in you system.

3. Select one which is relevant then execute which should display all condition record. Double click on condition record and it will show printer configured. You can change printer here and press save.

Hi,

Their is this areas that is not being picked. so the values are not shown in the sales invoice. i guess the issue is to get it done from ABAP or is their any other way??...

If the issue is regarding changing the Default Printer for Invoice printing...please try the transaction VP01.

If some area are not printing on Invoice, then it is purely a ABAP issue.

ABAPer can debug & explore the issue & make necessary changes. ALso check whether the required area is printed in Print Preview.

Hello,

I guess the Printer is changed & you now want to issue SD Invoice Output to this new Printer.

For this you will have to create the Printer in the system & kindly speack to your Basis consultant. He can do the needful.

Printers are created in system with T-Code SPAD.

You can try at NACE...by selective V1 for sales and distribution...
