Hi,

First of all check if DB is up and running. If DB is up then do following.

Please restart Listerner service

click on start command run and typer services.msc. there you can find the service "

OracleECP102TNSListenerFslencecpvidb ."

Restart it. and then check now if you are able to connect.

DB is up. Users are getting connected.
But the issue is, they are getting disconnected after sometime throwing the above SAP GUI Screenshot.

Now cluster has failed over to Another Node.

DB and CI is on CI Instance only.

The error is not comming now.

But what will be the cause of the issue regarding "OracleECP102TNSListenerFslencecpvidb" service?
