SBO MAILER NOT SEND THE MAIL

hello estimated,

Is presenting the following situation:

  We used it for 2 years the SBO Mailer for sending emails from SAP Business One V2007 A SP01 PL12, in the last week has occurred in some cases NOT send emails, stay in the Sent tab, in other cases marked as sent, confirmation prompt is displayed (green checkmark) but do NOT reach the target, messages with attachments and no attachments.

  It has been proven several things:

  1. Restart the SBO Mailer, uncheck the BD and return it

  2. Check the configuration of the SMTP email address, connection test, authorization in the folder of attachments, firewall.

  3. Verified in log and error messages found error 62 is common, but we have failed to identify which is the situation, there is no information on the error.

  If someone has occurred and can give me information to resolve this situation thank saber.

Hi,

Have you tried using demo database rather than live db to send the e-mail through sbo mailer ?

Check the firewall, if it blocks the port used by the SBO mailer or not , although there were also e-mail successfully sent from SBO mailer but you still need to check. Check also the port you are using. Is it used by another application ? make sure that it is used by SBO mailer only.

You can also try to enabling the SMTP relay on the server to solve this issue. I suggest it based on this following link : http://scn.sap.com/thread/1666641)
