Hello!
We have configured Incident Management and can already create messages.
It is also possible to see the messages from CRM_UI.
Unfortunately when we try to see the same message from SOLMAN_WORKCENTER we get an authorization error.
The same applies for the Fast Display Message link within SOLMAN_WORKCENTER.
We are pretty sure to copy and assign all the required roles.
Has some one an idea how to solve this?
Or is the way to work from SOLMAN_WORKCENTER was closed with Solution Manager 7.1 SP4?

When I try to see some messages via "Fast Display Message" I get the following error:
Details No access for action Display of object type Incident (AIC_OB_INCIDENT)
The same way via CRM_UI does not make any problems...
