Unable to activate request in NWDI

Hi,

I am not able to activate request in NWDI. Activation fails.

There is no request log as well for the request.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

Hello Apurva,

can you please check the cbs log for possible error entries around the time when you have attempted the activation? Check also the defaultTrace at the same timestamp:

You find them here:

-...\j2ee\cluster\server<n>\log\services\tc.CBS.Service\cbs.<n>.log

-...\j2ee\cluster\server<n>\log\defaultTrace.<n>.trc

Please also answer:

Did you manage to activate before, on this track, or it is behaving like this from the very beginning?

(in other words: was it working before? I ask only because sometimes happens that customers are switching off cbs request processing by accident). Please also check if you can see activities on the "Pending Activities" tab in CBS webui -- Activities.

Got the Issue. File space was full.
