ASSET SHOPPING CART

When i create a asset shopping cart ,i enter the asset number and click the details icon -the system throws a error "Good/service 301061 does not exist - Item not transferred".I verified in the backend ECC system, asset is present and active.Pls guide me.

Hello Ramesh,

Though a bit old, you might want to check SAP Note # 1137495.

Also make sure that SRM-to-backend connection is working correctly. If problem persists, please provide more info on the SRM & ECC Version, ENHP/Support pack level.
