hi all,
sm35,sm36,sm37,sm38 all are used to schedule the background job.
but i want to know what is the difference between these tcode?

All are related but not same..
SM35 --> is used to process the sessions which are created by LSMW or ABAP recordings... In this transaction you can also view the success and error messages and delete the sessions. For example if you create recording session in LSMW to upload material. It will be created as sessions and it will be viewed and processed in SM35.
SM36 --> You can create back ground jobs for any Transactions or reports.. You can schedule a MC.9 report every day and sent you as mail.
SM37 --> You can monitor jobs which are scheduled in SM36..

SM35 is for transferring data into SAP in batches. LSMW last operations are create and run batch input
Sm36 is for scheduling background jobs. for e.g MRP run at fixed frequencies
