Former Member

Hi

We are not able to see any plan values at header level WBS in the report output and even there are plan values in lower level wbs but these values are not roll up to header level WBS level in the report.

This issue is happening only for one specifc project but for other projects there is no issue.

Please help us on my issue.

Thanks

Risha

why you are not reconstructing the data base. All of them are giving suggestion and you are not following it, then what is the idea behind posting the query in the forum.

please reconstruct data base through CJEN and check, if the issue still exists then create report ZBPTOTUP as per note  584655.

Check your planning profile (OPSB) and also if you have planning element requirement then this needs to be ticked in the WBS element to capture WBS level planning

WBS data is correct... and when i check the plan values in CJ40.

The values are showing in below for example:

Header level WBS - 1 = ( not roll up the below lower level WBS values )

Lower level WBS -2 = 1000 USD

Lower level WBS-3=  2000 USD

But for other project  , the lower level WBS values are rollup to header level WBS (exampe in below )

Header level WBS - 1 = 3000 USD (rollup cost from lower level WBS  )

Lower level WBS -2 = 1000 USD

Lower level WBS-3=  2000 USD

We are not able to understand why this is happend only for one specfic project.

Thanks

Try running CJEN for this particular project and then check the reports.

Who told that CJEN is run only when there is some change in the project structure?

CJEN is a tcode which can be run anytime you want. It does not have any ill effects on the system.

Ok.... we are not able to understand why this issue only for specific project.?

see if you have bottom up planning marked in plan profile. if not then you have to run total up function.

Hi

The T.codes will not harm anything, Incontinences will be removed if any.

Also check correct project OPSB settings and this project OPSB settings.

Hi..

We tried to use program - BPDIST00 to reconstruct the plan cost. but we are not succeed on this.

Can you please help me on my issue.. still my issue is open.

Hi,

If bottom up planning indicator is set then lower level WBS will show values for higher ones.

Check planning element indicator also. In OPSB check planning is marked, if yes then in CJ20N also , higher should be marked as planning element.

Else try to run CJEN and check report again.

WBS data is correct... and when i check the plan values in CJ40.

The values are showing in below for example:

Header level WBS - 1 = ( not roll up the below lower level WBS values )

Lower level WBS -2 = 1000 USD

Lower level WBS-3=  2000 USD

In the same screen go to edit>then total up> save.

then try the report.
