Hi Experts,
My client is going for Van sales, where a van will follow a particular route say x for sales its goods. Say there are 10 customers in that route then this van will deliver to all this goods to those 10 customers as per their choice. in van they are using mobile application to create sales order which will update in the sap server in HO. how to map this scenario.
Regards
Rahul

Hi Rahul,
This is a typical cash sales. You can map this with sales document type CS or BV if you are sure no goods are coming back, but Ideally the van is carrying suppose z no: of materials in X route, and when they come back with some little unsold goods in such case you can map this with Consignment sales.
Because in the case of consignment sales the material which is in the van will be like Consignment fill up - document type KB , and till they sell the goods to the retailer the whole propertieroy rights remain with the company.
When they will sell to the retailer enroute, it will be like Consignment issue - document type KE
Suppose they come back with unsold goods - it is like Consignment pick up - document type KA
and in case if the retailer return some goods because of any reason it will be like Consignment return where the document type will be KR.
I have used all the document types SAP Standard document type, and there respective item categories will be KBN, KEN, KRN & KAN.
The respective movement types will be 631, 633, 634, 632.

Sridhar.
