Solution Manager 7.1 Intial Setup Stuck

I have successfully installed the solution manager 7.1 and upgraded to sp4, now im in system prepration but im stuck select SLD stage.

in the configure sld stage the process is running since 4 hours can any one help..?

hi

this is resolved by patching LMTOOLS 7.02 to the latest level.

My solman is 7.1 on sp4 and my lmtools current patch is

LM-TOOLS  7.02 SP9 which patch i should i go for..? can u please help..?

Hi,

I would advise you stop the configuration and restart the "prepare Landscape" stage again.

FYI, you can update as below:

LM-SERVICE

7.10 SP4 (1000.7.10.4.1.20120220121517)

Hi,

This is resolved by Upgrading LMTOOLS 7.02 to the latest level.

Then restart the landscape configuration again.
