Hello Guys,
I just installed a SAP PI 7.1 in cluster W2K8 and i cannot starts both dialog instance.
If i start DI on the primary node, java instance doesn't start on the second node.
If i start DI on the second node first, java instance doesn't start on the primary node.
in both case, the root cause is that service com.sap.netweaver.rtmf server cannot be started.
The error message is :

Service [tc~rtmf~service] cannot be started because of hard reference to failed to start service [com.sap.netweaver.rtmf.server]
Start all services from startup set for : 1004299 ms.
[ServiceManager] started for [1009120] ms

Hi,
Could you please add following paramter to the instances in
configtool and restart the J2EE cluster:
-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
In similar cases it helped as workaround, but a fix will be available
in SAP JVM 5.1.057 (SAP Note 1481861).
