Service com.sap.netweaver.rtmf.server does not start.

Hello Guys,

I just installed a SAP PI 7.1 in cluster W2K8 and i cannot starts both dialog instance.
If i start DI on the primary node, java instance doesn't start on the second node.
If i start DI on the second node first, java instance doesn't start on the primary node.

in both case, the root cause is that service com.sap.netweaver.rtmf server cannot be started.

The error message is :

Hi,

Could you please add following paramter to the instances in
configtool and restart the J2EE cluster:
-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

In similar cases it helped as workaround, but a fix will be available
in SAP JVM 5.1.057 (SAP Note 1481861).

Thank You.

Regards,

Deepika
