unable to see "Send to SAP" option in CRM_DNO_MONITOR in solution manager7.1

HI,

in solution manager system txn CRM_DNO_MONITOR  in this i'm able to see support message, now i need to send that message to SAP, but i'm unable see "send to SAP" option , can anyone please help me on this?

Hi

crm_dno_monitor is used in solman 7.0 ehp1 and not in solman 7.1 where you have to use workcenter for incident management to do the same.

enter solman_workcenter or simply crm_UI tcode to process the tickets and you can see the assignment block for sap connection

i'm using solman_workcenter, here i'm unable see support messages from managed system but i''m able see messages in crm_dno_monitor, could you please tell me the why it not showing in workcenter->incident management?

check whether tristed RFC is connected with servoce market place.

all rfc's are working fine, u mean trusted RFC SAPOSS?
