Unable to create service desk message from ECC system.

Hello Friends,

I was trying to create a service desk message from ECC system. But it is showing one error related to RFC.

I am giving the screen shot below. Please check and help me.

Hi

It seems RFC doesn't exist

you can create a TRUSTED RFC from satellite like ECC to Solman and then remember have the settings as

current user in this RFC in SM59

and provide the role for S_RFC and S_RFCACL to the users who wants to post the ticket

Also maintained this RFC in SM30

sm59 you can create a TRUSTED RFC from satellite like ECC to Solman

sm30 bcos_cust table ..create an entry with this trusted RFC

I recommend you to contact basis normally they create such rfc in SMSY transaction for all the managed or connected systems.
