SLDDSUSER is getting Locked by SAPJSF user

Hello,

I have a issue with the user SLDDSUSER, is being locked in our Solution Manager system and gets locked every 10 or 15 minutes, I go to Tx SM21 Log says "User SLDDSUSER locked due to incorrect logon" It is locked by SAPJSF user.

I can I find and fix this??

Hi,

few ways we can fix, try the below one by one and check

please execute sldcheck, is there any error log on there

execute tcode SLDAPICUST, delete the entite password and create again

if this also nt help to fix, login to visual admin -> sld data supplier -> http settings -> edit the password over there.

Hi ..

Can you please also check the password in Visual admin -> Services -> Jco RFC providers -> check which user is used in SLD RFC and webadmin and update the new password over there and restart the jcos...

Hi,

Do you change all the SLD data supplier setting in every connected satellite system as well?

Also, you can narrow down the possibility by checking what's the job that run every 10-15 mins, or perform a trace on the user.
