Error start workcenter

Hi experts, i have problem start transacction solman_workcenter for Solution Manager 7.1. running solman_workcenter show message in the windows: "Error script in Internet Explorer". The windows workcenter try load all options. Attach the image file.

Hi,

do you have errors running Work Center in other browser such as Firefox or Safari? What about running transaction SOLMAN_WORKCENTER in the SAP GUI?

Hi Raquel, The IE for Windows is only install in the company. Today open note OSS for the issue.

There are SAP notes that can fix this issue because I have seen this before. I can't remember out of my head which SAP note really fixed the issue though.

Does your Flash roadmap work properly in SOLMAN_SETUP?

If I'm not mistaken it was this note that fixed the issue:

I also faced similar issue with SOLMAN 7.1 SP10 after updating some mimes.

Not able to access Service Desk link, SOLMAN_WORKCENTER and SOLMAN_SETUP.

Please apply the following notes:-

Corrections to unified rendering 702/15 XXX (ABAP renderer)

Corrections for unified rendering 702/15 XXX (UR-mimes)

from I to VIII (for both Abap renderer and UR-mimes).

Tips: Load the VIII, and others will be loaded/downloaded automatically.

After that, you are able to access without any problem.

I am trying SolMan 7.1 myself and not seeing that error.  I am on SP04

Has the Central Note been installed?  What SP are you on?
