hi,

You can use the transaction code SUIM. You need authorisation to use this transaction code because it is basis t-code.

In SUIM t-code goto

User->Users by Complex Selection Criteria>By Transaction Authorizations

in that you enter transaction code VA01 you will see who are users are using va01 or who are users are authorised to use this transaction code.
