We are in the process of implementing VAR support desk and want to know when does SAP request license Audit for the same.

Our license audit is also annually. I think this is the standard for every SAP customer but you should definitely check your contract with SAP and/or your SAP account manager.

The licence audit details will be specified in your contract with SAP. There's a standard starting point, but this is often changed during contract negotiations so you should check your contract to be sure. Mine happens annually, but I've no idea how typical that is.
