Freight Contract in Shipment Document

Dears,

is there any screen exit or any field availabe so that we can mention the related freight contract in the shipment document. This is just for reporting purpose. We have requirement that we calculate the cost of freight as per the contract mention in the shipment.

Hi,

there is no screen exit available for shipment though there are 4 supplementary fields available in the additional data. there you can have your contract number as options. They will be displayed with F4 because this is a customizing activity and whenever you will enter any contract a trasport request number will get generated which you need to transport. To avaoid this you can ask your ABAPer to create a  Z transaction to fill the data in this table. Path is given below
