Delivery output trigger as per the shipment status..

Hi,

there is a requirement in my project that if the shipment status is marked completed then system should trigger the output from deliver. All BOL and Delivery Note should be published at the time of shipment completion.

Hi Sanjay,

There are activity profiles in customizing where you need to create the variant and then define when ever you want to trigger the output. In your case you want to trigger the output once the shipment status is marked completed so you set the same while creation of the variant. You can enter multiple output type whatever you want to trigger for example delivery note and BOL. Below is the path to configure the functionality.

There you maintain the variant for a particular shipment. select the line and click on maintain then system will take you to the next screen there you define all the output types and set the status as Shipment Completion.
