change shopping cart when it is rejected by approver - SRM 7.0

Dear experts,

I've a doubt about sc change by requestor and resubmission when it is rejected by the approver.

I remember there was an option in SRM 5.5 , where requester can change the shopping cart and resubmit to for approval through check status option.

But I am not finding any such option in SRM 7.0, also I've reviewed the S.note  1649794 - Status dependent control of Shopping Cart where it clearly says requester can not change the rejected shopping cart.

Can some one provide the information on it.

Hi,

The configuration  depends if you will use AC or PC. But in both cases you can customize this to send th WI back to the requestor to the requestor change or accept the changes (rejection) done on the SC.

If you use PC WFL you can configure  according the link:

If you use AC WFL , the WI should go to the requestor and then if the requestor security setting is lower than 2 ,it  should be able to edit the acceptance task (SC). Or also using  BADI BBP_WFL_EMPL_WI_BADI.

Regarding the way to access this SC, the requestor will be able to edit this SC via POWL SC query (button show my tasks) or via UWL(inbox).
