Hi, basis.

I upgrade double_stack Ehp3/ECC6.0/NW7.0 to Ehp5/ECC6.0/NW7.02 and get problem with downtime phase.

Hi.

The problem is solved -

closed DSUGui, ^C sdt server, restart sdt & DSUGui and get message about uncorrect database log mode = noarchivelog. change to archivelog and continue installation.

IMHO, this is because database is in separate host. SAPehpi Log speak that logmode switched to archivelog (after noarchive in predowntime), but it is not.
