Change in Service Type in the Utility Installation

Hi Everyone,

Please guide me for the following query:

I am not able to change the 'Service Type' information in the utility installation where Move-In is already done.

Please guide.

Hi,

Do you mean the field name ANLART (Installation Type) , or  the field BRANCHE (Industry)?

I don`t see a Service Type field  on the Installation. Please elaborate.

You cannot change the service type once a contract has existed for the installation.  See note 697380.
