Hi
Its allowing to create PR,PO and Service order,With out entering the budget in cj30.not displaying any error message.i configure the tolerance limit for budget. But if budget is allocated then its working proper with budget control.
How to control if the budget is not allotted.it should give an error msg "budget is not allotted"?
Thanks in advance
Please make use of User Status. Configure a user status as NBUD (No Budgeting Done) and for this user status restrict the creation of PR/PO.
This should definitely fulfill your requirement.

Hi,
Besides restricting the creation of POs for direct procurement (Project PRs) by implementing user status, there is every possibility that system automatically creates Planned order and Preq for manufacturing components when MRP execute. You can also restrict the creation of POs and Production orders by implementing new users statuses on WBS elements.

Hi,
You may use the following options
Option 1 - Make use of User Status. By creating a user status, which does allow to budget but not to book any cost or committment.
Option 2 - Execute the program and activate availability control. This can be done by CJBV.
Hope this will help.

Hi,
If you dont budget the relevant project object, then it will not exercise any control on the plan or the commitment.
You have to compulsorily have a budget with tolerance limit and availability control for your entire budget functionality to be active for commitments which are assigned to the WBS element or NWA.
