FFID periodic Log report

Hi,

We are running on GRC AC v10.0 Sp08.

Requirment is : FFID log reports should be mailed periodically to reviewer who will not be as Owner or Controller of FFIDs.

Exploring that option but no luck.

Please help if that option is possible with GRC 10.0 .

Thanks for your reply.

We have activated notifications to controllers when user logs in using FFID.

Addition to that we need to establish a mechanism to mail the logs like Consolidated log, Transaction log etc. on weekly basis for review of external reviewer.

Can this be possible with GRC v10.0

Note: We have not implemented Access request management yet.

That is not functionality that is delivered in Access Control (in any version).  This would need to be a custom program and I cannot speak to if or if not possible.

You would need to consult with a custom programmer to see if this is possible, but the data exists in the GRC system you would just need to figure out how to generate, split and then email the report.

Hello,

As Kevin mentioned earlier, there's no such functionality. You can send the notifications weekly but only to controllers, otherwise you have to develop a custom application.
