Incoterm - Service Item

Dear experts,

I have copied OR and creating an order with service item

But system asking to enter incoterm in sales order..

Business wise incoterm is not required for service process. Why SAP standard has been set up like that.

Is it necessary or how to avoid this warning.

HI

Check the Log of incomplete items

SPRO-> Sales & Distribution-> Basic Functions--> Log of incomplete items

For Standard OR Incoterms are Mandatory

For your purpose Define  New (Copy Procedure 11) - Header Level

Item Level Copy 20 Procedure

Assign to your Order Type and Item category

Hello,

Check the Incompletion Procecure assigned to your Sales Document Item Category.

Remove the Incoterms Feild from the Incompletion Log.

This will be application only for the Service Item. For Normal Items it will be as usual.

i am not expert, based on in completion log system takes fields require or not , please check OVA2 ,

here select your group and click on procedure , after click on fields , VBKD-INCO1,

other wise check your program their is any specific your exit

please check this
