ALV reort for budget and actual cost

Hi Experts

Is there any ALV report for budget and actual costs in project system?

Hi

PS reports have build using report painter. But by using report output type as 'classic drilldown report' you can export out put thru Excel or pivot (Ex: S_ALR_87013558. 57 etc.,)

Still if it is not suffice you can  customize report.

Please let me know which are appropriate tables to fetch current budget and actual cost and commitements

Hi Ram

The below mentioned few tables will be useful for your requirement.

COOI - Line items, commitments

COEP - Line items, actuals

BPGE - Budget, overall cost

BPJA - Budget, annual values

PRPS - WBS elements Master data.

CJ31 is just to display budget of one specific project,

Iam looking for a report with ALV.

There is no ALV reporter(as most of the report are build using report painter) but you can use excel interface to see the report in ALV form.
