Single Inspection Log for multiple items

When creating a GR material document with multiple different material items, it will automatically generate multiple inspection log for each material.

How to assigning a single (only one) Inspection Log for multiple different material items during goods-receipt via MIGO_GR? That means, the inspection log is controlling for material document only, not for material document and material item.

Please kindly help and Thanks a lot!

If the materials in item line are same ,then its possible.But for different materials as line items its not possible.

Hi as suggested by sujith but under what condition it is required .

The inspection plan, the sampling procedure and the inspection method is different for each material. How the system ll create the inspection lot and what you are going to check. In that case it is similar to no inspection.

but it is possible to create only 1 lot for a purchase order (one material) even if it is received at different  date. the system will create inspection lot only for the first receipt. You can maintain this using inspection type in material master. you can maintain the control insp. lot as "An inspection lot for each purchase order item/order item"
