BAPI or Function Module for Creating Inbound Delivery in SAP AFS

I need BAPI or Function Module for Creating Inbound Delivery in SAP AFS.

Inbound delivery (VL31N) needs to be created from Purchase Order Reference.

Please share if you have any information.

Not useful as I want AFS IBD to be created.
