ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment Linux-x86_64

Dear Experts.

I am doing an installtion of SAP Solution Manager 7.1(EHP1) on SusE Linux 11(patch2) /Oracle 10g2

But i am facing the follow issue in Create Database phase of SAPInst.

An error occurred while processing service ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment Linux-x86_64 Error: 1: Operation not permitted Disconnected :
