Central Person and Contact person relationship

Hello Friends,

I have HR replicated org.struct.where central user creation was active

I maintained Table T77SO for local user creation

HRALX PBPHR CREATE

HRALX PBPON ON

HRALX HRAC X

Now i am able to integrate user thru users_gen in org.structure but system is not generation central person for the user

I want to form the relation of this user as contact person of vendor , When i try to maintain it system is giving error user is not central person

Please help

Hello Friends,

I could integrate the contact person as central person inspite CUA

That requires application of two notes note no.550055 and note No:-402592

Apart from this vendor has to be marked as PORTAL and contact person should

have Bidder Role.

Now i am not able to create see the Vendor Replied BID in Purchaser's worklist

any inputs on that.

Hello Diwakar,

If you are creating Bid invitation ,the responces from vendors i.e. Bids will be attached to the Bid invitation in strategic purchaser's log in.

And he can see the same under 'Process Bid Invitation' link not in the worklist for sourcing.

Or Are you using some diff procedure.?

Also, Have you set up the suitable bid approval workflow as per yr business need?

Thanks for your reply

In here all the vendors are already there in org.structure and all of them are

already bidders.So i can not use "Manage Business Partner" convert Vendor to

Bidder option. I need to create new contact person for each vendor which i am

creating through USERS_GEN but when the new user is cretaed and integrated in

to org.structure system is not creating Central Person for it error is "CUA is active"

For vendor to reply to bid should have all USER ID , CENTRAL

PERSON ,CONTACT PERSON but because central person is not getting created

nothing can be done further.

Inorder to create contact person for (business partner) vendor to login to reply BID

<b>Use the transaction - BBPMAININT in SRM system.</b>

EBP users are an integral part of the organizational plan and they belong to a certain organization and have to have a position, a business partner ID, a central person and a SU01 - User ID in the SRM System.

<b>Also, refer to the transaction - CRM_OM_BP_INTEGRATE transaction to check the consistency of the Business partner and the contact person.</b>

Thanks for your reply,we are using release 4.0

We are not using workflows

My org.structure is HR Replicated and

we want to use Bidding functionality

So i need to create contact person for vendor to login to reply BID

This contact person has to be locally created in EBP and should be integrated

in Org.structure so by maintaining switches i could do so by using users_gen

but since system is not generating central person CP when i am trying to create

contact person for vendor through "Manage Business Partners" its stopping with

error "Central Person is not created for Business Partner"

How to resolve this,please help

Hi,

When you transfer the vendor from supplier directory to EBP,you can go to "Manage business partner" transacn and convert him to vendor.

When you save the BP,you need to again attach him the roles "PORTAL BIDDER" so that he is able to bid.When you do so,the CP is automatically created for that vendor.Pls check whether the process you are following is correct.

Please see the content of note Note 797838 - EBP 5.0+: Workflow integration in org. model.

In Transaction PPOMA_BBP: The user (object US) may be displayed either once or twice for a position (object S):

If an SRM user is created by replication from an HR back end system (SAP_BASIS/ABA 620, see Note 550055), the system displays only one object US:

S (position)

'- BP (business partner in employee role)

'- US (user name)

This is because only one interlinkage was created for object US. The second interlinkage is not created since these redundant interlinkages are no longer necessary due to workflow corrections.

If the SRM user was manually created in SRM, two interlinkages are temporarily created for object US.
