Thank you Juan,
I solved the problem...
I try start de data with command line and recice this menssagem.
net start OracleServiceSID
net start SAPSID_00
net start SAPSID_01
sqlplus /nolog
conn /as sysdba
startup
ORA-02778: Name given for the log directory is invalid
the data went started but no mount, because de folders of log was deleted (i think of de network administrator deleted in the backup.)
i only fixed the location directory into this two files into D:\oracle\SID\SID
SPFILESID.ORA
initSID.ora
this link help me to solved.

Is your DB started?.... what have you done so far to fix the problem?...
Yes , my DB is started,
What I have done so far fiz the problem, ok.
1) try to restart al services, not work
2) try to restart ther server, not work
3) in this server the capacity is very small, so, i down the PRD system and start the DEV server. not Work.
obs. My sap is NW 7 ABAP + Java, the capacity of my server is P4 wtih 8 GB of memory, we have little user logged daily..
the environment variables i didn't do changes, the swap is 25 GB, all disc have space, I changed the parameter of memory on profile PHYS_MEMSIZE = 1024, on the production server is work very best... bebore the change my server during 20 minutis to start ABAP and JAVA, but now start in 4 minutes.

I think you could potentially have a "bottleneck"
If the last time that it worked was before you change the memory parameter for your production system then undo the changes.
But having your whole environment in a single box with very low resources doesnt leave you much space for performance tunning.
Hardware is very cheap this days so I recommend you to at least get a second box and move you DEV and QAS system to a separate box.
