cProject- Graphic View, Grantt chart, not show

Hi all,

We are using SAP PPM 5.0 (cProject) but unable to display the Graphic View. It shows no Java error but shows a blank space in the area where the grant chart suppose to be.

Additional information, we have Java JRE-Version 1.6.0_29.

We looked at the notes 1014150 & 1035436 but not sure if they would help.

Is there any ideas? Thanks.

Install Java 1.6 build 18. This should solve the issue.

This is a classical project with Java Virtual Machine version.

I'm sure that 1.6 built 21 works well

Hi,

I am not sure, whether your problem has solved or not after trying above suggestions. if not then try to uninstall java from user system and install the latest updates of Java. We also faced this kind of problem with some user machines and was solved by just reinstallation of Java component.

Hi all,

Please add your IP and hostname to your host file ( windows-->system32-->drivers-->etc).

This will solve your problem.
