hi experts,
for the SNC -PI-ECC scenario(proxy-IDoc).
PO confirmation messages are successful in through SNC - PI. But there are no inbound IDOcs in ECC.
No messages struck in Smq2 of ECC.
in SM58, we can see some messages failing giving error ' SQL Error in the database when accessing a table',
Function Module: SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF.
please let me know how can we have IDoc successful in ECC.
Regards,
Aditi
Hi Aditi,
Please check SM59 connections and also to find out whether there is an user lock.
BASIS team can check this easily.

Hi Aditi,
Error occured because there may be no space in disk(Database) to create entries in table in ECC or else check out patner profile (WE20) inbound parameters if they have defined correctly.
Please be in contact with Basis team for this error...
best luck...

Hi Aditi,
This could be memory issue if huge load was processed. Please check with Basis if system went out of memory.

another possibility is that the DB could have reached its peack size. do check with the Basis team on the database and tablespaces.

seems some issue in the inbound parameters for the IDOC in WE20 in ECC. pls ask functional team to check the process code for processing the IDOC in ECC system.
also in ST22 in ECC system, see if you are seeing dumps for your scenario - if yes, then ask an ABAP consultant to analyze it. if it showing some memory issue, pls ask basis team to look into it.
