Solman Workcenter Incident message issue

Hai friends,

In tcode solman_workcenter, Incident management tab, I can't create the new message. As the two mandatory fields are coming blank and it is disabled. i am attaching the screen shot. check pls and help me.

Have u maintained the entry in BCOS_CUST table as None for OSS_MSG ?

CHARM_DEST W NONE CUST620 1.0

OSS_MSG W NONE CUST620 1.0

Goto SM30 - > Table BCOS_CUST -> Maintain these entries there in SOlman ...

For manageed systems, you need to specify the RFC destination of solman in this table..

hi.

go to each satellite system, start sm30,select the view BCOS_CUST, enter the valuse provided by Jagadeesh above.

this resolves the issue.

Hello Annop,

Please check identification number at BP tcode on identification tab for Business partner role:

You have also generate this entries using BP_GEN tcode.

then I run t-code SM30 -->select Table BCOS_CUST -> Maintain these entries there in SOLMAN :

then I run transaction solman_workcenter --> click incident management --> click New message

but the two mandatory fields are coming blank and it is disabled

how to resolve this issue?
