I suppose the problems with job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR, ST03 and SAPOSCOL are independent from each other. Because of the message "Selected system doesn't have an appropriate release level", I would like to know what release levels you are using: For the SAP kernel, the SAP basis (NetWeaver), and for the operating system. SAP Note 533218 contains information on how to read the RSCOLL00 log (to find the cause of the ST03 problem), SAPOSCOL is writing error information to /usr/sap/tmp/dev_coll. Maybe that helps identifying the cause of the problems.
Kind regards,
Christian Bartels.

Hi Surendra,
as Christian alreaddy, pointed out, ST03 has to do with RSCOLL00 and the job SAPOSCOL on OS level has to do with OS06/ST06.
Does the job SAPOSCOL run on OS level ?Regards
In general, it might be a good idea, to upgrade to the latest version of SAPhostAgent with its SAPOSCOl as described in note 1031096.
