can anyone explain me whats are the business process in SAP QM.

Hi if you want the business processes it depends upen your business what features you want normally in qm there are different inspection scenarios like incoming inspection,Inprocess inspection, Final inspection,Customer inspection, recurrring inspection, stock transfer inspection etc and for defects you have notification, For inspection you can have SPC stability study,Auditmanagement etc for sending goods rtv process, for calibration equipment management.
