Service Desk (VAR) with SOLMAN 7.1: Inbound Channels

Hello!

We would like to configure Service Desk for several customers systems (VAR).
By doing so we consider the several inbound channels allowing customers to create messages.
Beside the usual way to create the messages from the several satellite systems we would to implement the following inbound channels:
1) Message migration from MS Outlook (automatic ticket migration from MS Outlook into Service Desk of SOLMAN)
Because the customers do not have the access to our SAP Solution Manager (Firewall) we would like to consider the other inbound channel
2) Message creation via Web URL/Self Portal

Can some one explain how to configure the both possibilities?

you can do this by your own custom program with the thrid party tool integration with service desk,
