Create a sales order copying from a billing document

Hi,

when I try to create a sales order "with reference" to a "Billing document", system doesn't copy the header and item data and replies with:

1) "Item category for item 000010 cannot be determined" (Message no. V1475);

2) "Item 000010 is not copied from the reference document" (Message no. V1476);

If I try to fill the field material it appears:

No item category available (Table T184 ZCR ZAHR  )

Message no. V1320

Could You help me ?

SPRO -> Sales & Distribution -> Sales -> Sales Documents -> Sales Document Item -> Assign Item Category.

You need an entry for document ZCR, item category group ZAHR.

Hi aa,,

• check the item category name in billing document
• place the same item category in copy control assignment (VTAF)

• Go to the item category detail screen and check whether the requirement is satisfied or not.
