is someone knows what are the tables used to stored the Services Desk Messages Status such as confirmed, sent to sap, ... and what tables are linked to ?
My entry point are for instance CRMD_ORDERADM_H -> CRMD_ACTIVITY_H.

For status, you can get them from table TJ30T, that corresponding to the profile name.

Do you mean the text tables such as TJ30, TJ30T?
Use table JEST to link the object number to the transaction and then use the codes in JEST to get the text in TJ30/TJ30T

yes I want to found the status text of support messages in Service Desk context, unfortunately the table JEST is empty in our environment. But we still have records under CRMD_ORDERADM_H, CRMD_ACTIVITY_H and CRMD_SERVICE_H, is there another tables to link and get record' status.
