RMAN Backup configuration with BCT OPTION

Hi All,

I need to configure RMAN with BCT option on oracle 11g. Can anybody help me with some link,etc. Offcorse i am finding the same and i have something with  me but if you can help me with some blog or while paper will be helpful.
