Unable to search a Supplier in Shopping cart

Hi,

One of our user is not able to search for a Supplier in the shopping cart. I checked her Org attributes, check and everything looks fine. When the user searches for the supplier, even her purchasing org id is not getting populated in the search screen, when we try to populate manually the purchasing org Id and search for the supplier, no supplier is getting populated.This is happening only to 1 particular user.

Can you please let me know as where the problem is?

Hi,

The solution would be as follows.

1.Please check this table VENMAP to get parter_guid.

2. Then pass that partner_guid into the table BBPM_BUT_FRG0061 to find out relevant P.org vendors are replicated.

3.Please check your shopping cart material group and purchase group.

4.Then check whether that material group has been assigned in purchase group in PPoMA_bbp.

5.And also check whether have you assigned your shopping cart company code to purchase group using assignment of object id.

6.Finally check in "Function tap" that you indicated correctly P.organisation and p.group and also assigned relevant backend system.
