Unable to search a Supplier in Shopping cart

Hi,

One of our user is not able to search for a Supplier in the shopping cart. I checked her Org attributes, check and everything looks fine. When the user searches for the supplier, even her purchasing org id is not getting populated in the search screen, when we try to populate manually the purchasing org Id and search for the supplier, no supplier is getting populated.This is happening only to 1 particular user.

Can you please let me know as where the problem is?

HI,

Please check if the business partner is created for this supplier in the SRM system.

You can also try accessing this supplier from portal under manage business partners using the SRM admin role.
