Deleting msgs SXMB_MONI - status Cancelled Manually

Hi everyone,

We have messages in SXMB_MONI with status <u><b>Cancelled Manually</b></u>.

I would like to get rid of them.

The paramters that I have defined in sxmb_adm> IE configuration and the back ground jobs have been deleting all other messages but not the ones with the status <b>Cancelled Manually</b>.

I dont have a clue of what to do?

Hi Naveen -

By default, manually cancelled messages must be archived before they can be deleted. In non-production systems, there's a workaround via an Int. Engine parameter.

See Note 820149.

but we want to delete them on our prod system.
