Hi all,
May I know what is the impact if the current number of cache entries (SMICM > HTTP Server Cache > Display Statistics) is hitting maximum?
What is it usually that cause of the high number of cache? What are the recommended resolution?
Thanks.

Hi,
If cache entries reach max hits, it won't be able to cache new contents. so that it will be leading to a performance bottleneck when compared to executing cached contents.
we set some value for parameter icm/HTTP/server_cache_<xx>/expiration
to cache the contents and sap caches the contents till the threshold of parameter and it stops caching the content when it reaches max hits.
Check below links for cache administration.
