Issue in adobe forms

Hi Experts,

I am facing one issue in displaying column headings in second page.

I cannot use table to display the data because the requirement is I need to display the texts for each record across the columns. So am using individual fieds wrapped in a subform. column headings are displaying correctly on first page but am not able to display the heading on second page.

Please let me know how to get the same reme requirement.
